David is a Lake Ronkonkoma native who began his dance training back in 1994 at the age of four. For the past 30 years dance has remained in his life in different aspects. David began his formal training on Long Island at the age of four and has since gone on to share his knowlege and professionalism with his own students. He is a 2007 graduate of Sachem North High School and a 2011 graduate of Hofstra University. He holds a B.A. in Communications while majoring in Radio Production and Studies and minoring in Dance. David became the first male dancer to the Sachem Arrowettes program in 2003 as well as the Hofstra University Dance Team in 2007.
In 2009, David was chosen to be an opening dancer for recording artist, Usher on the nationally televised NFL Kickoff Concert. He has also been a featured dancer for T-Mobile in NYC. He has competed both regionally and nationally and has been seen on ESPN as both a dancer and coach. David began his teaching and coaching career in 2009 as the current Assistant Coach of the 16 time NDA (National Dance Alliance) National Champions, Sachem North Varsity Arrowettes. Upon graduation from college, David went straight on to coaching the Hofstra University Dance Team from 2007-2018. Under his direction, Hofstra University claimed 6 UDA (Universal Dance Association) Division I Collegiate National Championships. He has also coached the USA National Team to win the Gold Medal in Pom at the 2016 ICU Worlds Championships against countries from across the world. In 2017 he coached the USA National Team to win the Gold at the Pan American Championships in Colombia. David "retired" from Hofstra University in 2018 to focus on Sachem North and building Paramount Dance Academy into the studio it has become today!
David continues to choreograph and judge for numerous high schools, colleges, studios and competitions in the Northeast region, as well as professional dance teams. He has won countless choreography awards and always brings high energy to his students and choreography.
While not at the studio, he loves to spend time with his family; wife, Caitlin, two young daughters, Riley & Emma and son, Nico!

Regina is from Miller Place, NY where she began dancing 18 years ago. She graduated from Hofstra University in 2013 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech/Language Hearing Sciences and minors in Dance and Disabilities Studies. During her time at Hofstra University she was a 4 year member of the Hofstra University Dance Team. Regina was a 2-year captain and 2 time National Champion in Division 1 Hip Hop. She has been featured on ESPN with her team and has performed at numerous venues across of the northeast. Most recently, Regina has earned her Doctorate of Audiology at the Long Island Consortium of Audiology.
When she is not working in her offices as a Doctor of Audiology, Regina loves sharing her love and knowledge of dance with our tiniest of dancers all the way up to our competitive dancers! Regina has studied numerous styles of dance including ballet, tap, lyrical/contemporary, jazz, hip hop, modern and pointe. She has an enthusiastic and energetic personality that excites and inspires all our dancers to love the "dance world" as much as she does!

Jessica is from Farmingville, NY and has been dancing since the age of four. Jessica has been with us at Paramount since the day our doors opened. She began as a student and has worked her way into being a wonderful teacher that all of our students love. Jessica graduated from Sachem High School East where she was a member of the Sachem East Varsity Arrowettes. While on the team, she won the NDA Medium Varsity Jazz National Championship in her senior year. Jessica has danced competitively during her time as a student at Paramount as well. Her talent has earned her many first place finishes as a soloist where she has been crowned Miss Beyond the Stars as well as Miss Starstruck. In 2017, Jessica was selected to compete in Colombia on the United States National Dance Team. While in Colombia, she and her team earned the gold medal at the Pan American Championships.
Jessica was the Assistant Coach of the Seneca Middle School Arrowettes from...She is currently the Assistant Coach of the Sachem North JV Arrowettes. She graduated from St. Joseph's College where she was a member of their nationally ranked dance team. She has a degree in early childhood education and most recently earned her Masters degree in education while also working as a Substitute Teacher. Miss Jess loves all of the children she gets to share her love of dance with at Paramount!

Kaitlyn is from Holbrook, Long Island where she began taking dance classes at the age of 9. She continued to dance competitively throughout high school both at her studio and on the Sachem North Varsity Arrowettes. Kait furthered her education at SUNY Brockport where she graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance. She has had the opportunity to dance and teach internationally with the Gotham City Cheerleaders. Kaitlyn is a former coach of the Sachem North JV Arrowettes. From 2015-2020 she was the Head Coach of the Manhattan College Dance Team where she led them to the programs first National Championship; Division 1 Hip Hop. Currently Kaitlyn is pursuing a degree to become a Veterinarian Technician. She is also embarking on her first season as a professional dancer for the NBA Denver Nuggets.
Although she now resides in Colorado, Kait can be still seen in the studio teaching choreography to our competitive teams. Kait loves sharing her passion of dance with her students and those around her!
